NOA DENTAL

Noa Dental clinic in Mankhool, Dubai was struggling with lead generation for dental braces and invisalign. Leads cost per conversion was considerably high and only limited to inappropriate Google search ads setting. Appointment was rarely converting from the leads.

After a thorough study on the brand and location, it was concluded that there are two major reasons for the lead generation campaign not succeeding. One reason was due to the incorrect landing page design for the braces with improper call to action. Second reason was the lag in keyword research and inproper choice of negative keywords which apparently was increasing the cost per click.

Search ADs Gulf took both the reasons into consideration in it's first approach to get the impact. A landing page design was proposed as per lead generation standards and best practices for braces. Then the link was used for both Facebook ads manager and Google search ads campaign. A lead generation objective ad campaign and traffic ad campaign was created with a series of communication with hypertargeting selective locations based on existing clientele location. Interests group includes all fashion and orthodontics related terms with age group targeted to 20 - 45 years. 300,000 estimated audience size was targeted through the filters. 

 

The outcome was phenomenal where Noa dental clinic recieved around 110 leads for braces and 45 leads for invisalign in a month's time at 15% bookings for appointment.
